Along with the HC sessions, we will meditate and eat together.\nHeartful Communication (HC) offers a way of being that supports us to communicate authentically from our hearts. The HC approach enables us to connect empathically with ourselves and others, to transform judgement, blame and criticism into caring, respectful interactions. Central to HC is the cultivation of awareness as a first step to making changes.\n“The impact of HC is going far beyond communication itself, and is having an enormous effect on people’s spiritual condition, and their overall happiness.” ~ Daaji\nThis in-person workshop is suitable to all abhyasis, regardless of how much (or little) you know about Heartful Communication.
