Denne lørdag vil du fordybe dig i din yoga praksis, lige meget om du er nybegynder eller har dyrket yoga i mange år.
Du vil få redskaber til at styrke og smidiggøre både krop og sind. Yoga er en fantastisk vej til sundhed, velvære og personlig transformation. Du vil få mulighed for at undersøge, i et roligt tempo, yogastillinger, åndedræts teknikker, afspænding og meditation.
Vrads Sande er midt i vild smuk natur, og du får tid til at gå tur, reflektere og mærke en sund og naturlig forbindelse til dig selv, lige der, hvor du er i dit liv.
Der bliver serveret lækker og nærende vegetarmad.
Det bliver en lørdag til dig, der ønsker et pusterum, eller en sundheds ”reset”, så du kan føle dig fornyet og regenereret, samt tage en del værktøj med hjem til videreudvikling af din yogapraksis.

Selve yogatimerne er på begynder niveau.
Der er maksimum 16 deltagere, så der er tid og plads til at spørge ind til yogastillingerne, bede om hjælp eller prøve en stilling, der passer bedre til netop din krops behov.
Yoga er en undersøgelse. Det handler ikke om at gøre en stilling ”rigtigt”. Det handler om at mærke din krop og de grænser og tanker, du møder i dig selv, med selv medfølelse og kærlighed.
Der er modifikationer til enhver en stilling, som kan dermed tilpasses, alt efter dit behov.
Det er dig, der bestemmer og kan mærke, hvad din krop er parat til.
Yogatrænerne på Vrads Sande er opmærksomme på de enkelte deltagere, og de tager hensyn til de udfordringer, fysiske/psykiske begrænsninger, eller kroniske symptomer, du måske døjer med.

10:00 Hvad er yoga, hvad er Heartfulness?:
Få indsigt i de grundlæggende principper bag både yoga og Heartfulness.
11:00 Yoga og guidet meditation:
Dyk ned i yogastillinger og oplev en kort, men dybdegående guidet meditation.
12:30 Frokost og opvask:
Nyd en lækker vegetarmiddag og muligheden for at dele dine oplevelser med de andre deltagere.
13:30 Gåtur, meditation eller fritid:
Tag dig tid til at udforske den smukke natur omkring Vrads Sande eller mediter i stilhed.
14:30 Té og smoothie:
Forkæl dig selv med en forfriskende pause og lad op til eftermiddagens aktiviteter.
15:00 Pranayama øvelser:
Dyk ned i åndedrætsteknikkerne og afslut dagen med fornyet energi.
